An icon of the new London scene, alongside names like Ezra Collective, Yussef Dayes, and Sons of Kemet, Nubya Garcia studied jazz under the renowned pianist Nikki Yeoh at Camden Music. Her music reflects creativity, a thirst for exploration, and a desire to break down genre barriers. This is evident in Odyssey, released last September on Concord Jazz, four years after her debut album Source, which was nominated for the Mercury Prize.
