Are the seats numbered at the ‘Théâtre de Verdure’ and in front of the ‘Masséna Stage’?

There is no numbering - placement is free – just pick a seat.


Where can I find seats?

There is no seating arrangement possible in front of the ‘Masséna Stage’ while ‘Le Théâtre de Verdure’ auditorium is in a seated and standing configuration.


Are animals/ pets accepted?

Unfortunately no. Pets are not allowed on the festival grounds during the Fair except for guide dogs or certified, licensed, trained service animal that work for a person with a disability.


Are there specific seats dedicated to persons with a disability ?

For people with reduced mobility, specific platforms will be set up at the back of the ‘Masséna stage’. Please present yourself at the entrance of the festival, we will be happy to guide you to these locations.


Opening times?

The doors open at 5:30 PM. There are no restrictions on your arrival time.


Are the concerts maintained if it rains?

With normal weather conditions (including rain, wind conditions concerts will still be held. Exceptionally severe weather conditions may affect performances. In such occurrence a refund/money back will be granted in the event of total cancellation of the performances for the evening.


Are refreshments and food vendors available for visitors?

Food vendors: food marquees and other food and beverage booths are located directly on the festival grounds.

What types of payment are used at the festival? Can I withdraw cash money?

Each vendor will offer various means of payment: cash and credit card. There are no vending machine and there are no bank ATM located on the festival grounds.


Can I present my entry ticket on a smartphone?

Yes, E-mobile tickets are valid and allowed. QR code or barcodes must be readable.


Is there a minimum age for admission to the Nice Jazz Fest ?

No, there is no restriction on age but we do strongly advise parents not to bring along toddlers or preschool children, young children to the festival grounds.


May I enter and leave the festival grounds with my ticket?

All ticket holders will be allowed to enter and exit the event grounds once each day. As such, there is no re-entry each day of the event.

Can we bring along a picnic to the Nice Jazz Fest ?

Picnics are not accepted at the entrance to the festival. Several food trucks are available on jazz festival premises.


Are there lockers available?

Yes, there are lockers available for general admission visitors. They are located at the entrance to the festival.


Is it possible to bring a seat?

For safety reasons, it is under no circumstances permitted to bring a folding seat.
For people with disabilities only (80% disability card or the mobility inclusion card with the mention “ disability"): PRM spaces will be made available. Only one companion is authorized for each person with a disability.


Is it possible to go with a stroller?

Yes, it is possible to come with a stroller. If you are standing in pedestrian areas you can keep it with you. If you are in the stands you will have the option of leaving it at the foot of the stand. However, this is not an instruction, we cannot be held responsible in the event of theft or damage.


Are cameras and video cameras accepted?

No, cameras and video cameras are not allowed.


I lost an item on site. Who do I speak to ?

All items lost on the site are sent to the lost and found department of the Municipal Police.

Tickets

Are there tickets on sale the night of the concert?

Admission Tickets can be purchased on site during ticket office opening hours. The ticket office is located near the site.


Are the tickets nominative?

Only tickets purchased online are nominative.


What happens if a concert is cancelled?

A show ticket cannot be refunded even in the event of loss or theft, it is neither returned nor exchanged, except in the event of total cancellation of the evening less than 30 minutes after the start of the performance of the first scene.

  • Users who purchased their ticket on site the same day and in cash will be able to be reimbursed directly at the ticket counters with their ticket.
  • Users who purchased their ticket on site by bank card or holiday voucher will be reimbursed later by bank transfer upon presentation of supporting documents and provision of a bank identity statement.
  • Users who purchased their ticket on the Nice Jazz Fest website must contact the refunds department at the address remboursementsnjf@nicecotedazur.org
  • Users who purchased their ticket from another point of sale must send their refund request to that point.

Is my ticket valid for one (1) concert or for all the concerts of the evening?

The ticket is valid for all the concerts on the chosen evening.


I have not received the email confirming the purchase of my tickets or an error occurred during my reservation. How do I ensure that my purchase has been taken into account?

Above all, do not make a new reservation without having checked all the following points (in fact, as tickets are neither returned nor exchanged, this second order cannot be refunded or postponed to another date).
In a first time:

  • Look in spam. Sometimes the email gets lost.
  • If you have received the email from the online payment provider “Payzen”, this confirms that your purchase has been taken into account.
  • Log in to your customer area to find your order.
  • If you still have not found your purchase, we invite you to contact our reservation service by email at info@nicejazzfest.fr who will carry out more in-depth research.
