Born in Havana, Cuba, Alfredo Rodriguez was a child prodigy who studied classical piano at the prestigious Conservatorio Amadeo Roldan and the Instituto Superior de Arte, while playing popular music in his father's orchestra at night.While performing at the Montreux Jazz Festival in 2006, he was discovered by his future mentor and producer, the legendary Quincy Jones.Since then, Rodriguez has graced the prestigious stages of over 70 countries, and was nominated for a Grammy for his track Guantanamera from the album The Invasion Parade.A complete artist, he shares his music and his message of perseverance and multiculturalism, posting a variety of videos on social networks where he plays well-known compositions in Cuban timba style.In Nice, he presents his new album Coral Way.
