Biography
He had us hypnotised two years ago with his project in collaboration with Fatoumata Diawara. Roberto Fonseca now returns to the stage of the Théâtre de Verdure with the songs from his new album, ABUC. The Cuban pianist, who began his career with Buena Vista Social Club, continues with his inexhaustible musical journey to explore the history of his native island. Following detours to Africa, here Roberto Fonseca surrounds himself with musicians from New Orleans to celebrate the common roots of jazz and Latin music, leaving his audience spellbound.
