Biography
Mainstays of a creative, enthusiastic hip-hop style for the last 25 years, De La Soul need no introduction. Having made history in 1989 with an album that revolutionised hip-hop by adding funk and jazz to it, the legendary band returned a few months ago with a new album, the first in 12 years. They are most definitely among the “heroes” of our festival, linking as they do all musical styles and thrilling and delighting us today. A very special evening is in store!
