Biography
Adored by Mos Def, Erykah Badu and Gilles Peterson, the Australians of Hiatus Kaiyote like to scramble their tracks. The look is punk, the influences are hip-hop, jazz and opera, and yet the sound is the future soul, as we like to describe it in Melbourne. Named in 2014 for the Grammy Awards, the group distills his unclassifiable sound, with the repertoire of his latest album, "Choose Your Weapon" !
