Between virtuosity and sensitivity, this duo offers a modern alliance of jazz and French chanson.
Born from the encounter between singer Louise Perret and pianist Cédric Granelle, this duo brilliantly navigates between instrumental virtuosity and raw sensitivity. From Nougaro to Barbara, their original repertoire celebrates the fertile marriage of jazz and French chanson.

Between rum and bourbon, the frenzied rhythm of the washboard covers the piano's vocals, while a beautiful raspy voice moves your ears. The bayou approaches you, beware of the crocodile. A New Orleans show based on piano, washboard and trombone, under the lilting voice of Roaring Twenties melodies.

Ska and jazz: an explosive mix?For the record, the first Ska bands were born in Kingston, Jamaica, and were formed by musicians trying to adapt the sounds they heard on American radios to their Caribbean rhythms.
The band was born from the meeting of 6 talented musicians from the regional scene, who wanted to bring their creativity and experience to a common project, covering and arranging jazz standards in their own way, with Caribbean rhythms (meringue, rocksteady, calypso...).br> R-SAJ Band has criss-crossed the region and the département, performing on stage or on the road, rediscovering the great classics of Jazz News Orleans, to the delight of young and old alike....
Pure Funk and Groove... on bicycles! Well, on a bike... let's say on cycles made from rusty old bicycles.
Dinamo is an incredible ambulatory street concert, with a "big sound" and 7 musicians totally inhabited by the Funk Attitude. Let's not beat around the bush: "It plays hard, it rocks, it takes everything in its path and above all... it grooves. In short, it's "monstrous! Just look at the repertoire ( House of Pain, Mark Ronson, JamesBrown, Jamiroquaï, Funkadelic, Supergroove, Kravitz, Coolio, Kool and The Gang... ) to understand that Dinamo is here to set the tarmac alight, with no energy sparing!
Inspired by South American and tropical music, the 7 illuminated members of SopaLoca spice up their repertoire with a variety of influences.
The ensemble re-orchestrates cumbias, rumbas, dansons, salsas... and embellishes them with unusual musical trends (reggaeton, hip-hop, rock, disco, etc.). Punctuated by offbeat choreography and tinged with burlesque situations, SopaLoca's acoustic, mobile formula federates crowds in a light, festive atmosphere. The group's mobility fosters a dynamic interplay, enabling it to meet the public and take over the public space.
After a stopover in Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat on 24 July, the PianO company is coming to Nice with a relaxing piano linked directly to a massage chair !
Ceux Qui Marchent Debout are the godfathers of modern brass bands, groovers and tireless globetrotters.
After a 32-year career, 10 albums and over 1,500 concerts, Ceux Qui Marchent Debout are still making the world dance. Having rubbed shoulders with the great names of the genre (Maceo Parker, Fred Wesley, Bootsy Collins, The Neville Brothers) and even jammed a few tracks with Joeystarr at the Olympia in 2007, CQMD confirm that funk is synonymous with joie de vivre and eternal youth!
The Nice-Orleans Jazz Orchestra (NOJO) was founded in January 2020 by Imago records & production, under the artistic direction of James Andrews, a leading figure in New Orleans jazz. Made up of professional musicians as well as semi-professionals and amateurs, the band, thanks to James Andrews, perpetuates the New Orleans tradition but adds a certain French Touch thanks to the presence of a choir, which sings along with the musicians' groove.
Dressed as chefs, these musicians introduce themselves.
This somewhat atypical, totally acoustic group settles in within minutes, distilling a jazzy sound that sails through the standards of New Orleans and Swing, but also into warmer temperatures with Bossas and some Sambas...
